Looking to sublease my apartment to a female from end of May to end of August. The apartment would include my room, a jack and jill bathroom, full kitchen, living room and balcony. It also comes with in unit washer and dryer, free parking pass, and a gym downstairs! The apartment is originally partly furnished but it will be fully furnished for you! The original rent is also 1,000 plus utilities but I am willing to sublease for 500-600. The square feet listed may also not be completely accurate but ranges from 150-200 square feet for the room. The apartment is located in Cedar Village, just under a 5 minute walk from North Campus and very close to bus stops!
