My girlfriend is looking for a female roommate to take over the lease for apart of the rent for the apartment you will get a private room and your own bathroom along with a shared living space including recreation space, kitchen, laundry, and balcony. The complex itself will include a 24/7 gym, pickle ball courts, dog park, playground, pool/hot tub, study area, and many more facilities, small pets are allowed for a additional fee, she already has a cat, parking is also an additional fee, WiFi is in the building and is payed for by her.
