Howdy! I’m looking for a room to rent starting between 5/23–5/30. My lease ends 5/31, and I’m moving on my own as my roommate’s needs are changing. What I’m looking for: Clean, respectful living environment Prefer 1 roommate, open to 2 or a couple if it’s a good fit Private bed + private bath Prefer garage parking w/ storage, or at least storage access; nearby parking is fine ~15 min commute to Broncos Training Facility area; easy access to I-25 or Parker Rd Open to I-25 & Arapahoe, Lone Tree, Parker, Centennial, Castle Pines Budget: $900–$1,200 4+ month lease (ideally 12) Looking for my own lease (not sublet/joint) Pets:
No pets, but I like them—especially cats. Mild dog allergies, so best with dogs that aren’t overly high-energy or constantly in close contact. About me: Pay rent early, strong credit, clean background Social introvert—friendly but value quiet time Clean; most clutter, if any, stays in my room Early schedule (up ~5am), quiet mornings/nights Work in construction; mostly out of the house Financially stable and reliable Lifestyle: No tobacco; prefer smoke-free home Okay with occasional 420; I partake sometimes but can adjust based on house rules Interests: live music, reading, board games, and getting into carpentry.
