Shared house in a farm

Hi, We have a room with ensuite available for exchange of some cooking and light duties around house. Food and bills included in room free of charge. I am a single father with 3 dependent children (18 yo girl, 14 yo boy, 10 yo girl). My eldest child works full time, has a car and has an active social calendar. My two younger children are responsible and do many jobs around the house. My children are well mannered and I have taken much time to guide them through life [REDACTED] Creek in Coimadai (50 mins drive west from Melbourne CBD). There are two towns near us (Melton & Bacchus Marsh) which are 10 minutes drive. We have a few cows on our property to keep the grass down and they have such lovely characters. I have an office on the farm and run my business from here with two staff. All four of us have active lifestyles and enjoy living life. We mainly need help with cooking healthy dinners 3 to 4 nights per week, light cleaning around house and possibly tending to our veggie patch. Also I may require you to do an occasional school run and grocery shopping. This would suit someone who is not working at moment and is happy to take a year off work or is working part time. We look forward to welcoming a loving, happy, positive person into our family and hope that this experience can be something which you remember for the rest of your life. We are not practicing Christians, but we are all spiritual and believe/pray to God. None of us drink or smoke. We all like our healthy lifestyle.
You will require your own car as there is no public transport in our area. We will consider greater than 12 months stay for the right tenant.
