This is a small house in old Commerce City - 10 minutes to Rino, City Park, Central Park. Easy access to DIA and all Major Highways 70/270/36, 225 & 25. Your space is a recently renovated basement bedroom with en-suite bath, and semi-private sitting room plenty of light. Back door leads directly to your space. We share the kitchen, which is at the top of the stairs by the back door, and the laundry room, which is off your sitting room. You have recessed lighting and dimmer switches in both rooms. One large egress window, and three additional windows in your room. There are no windows in the sitting room, but it gets plenty of light through the back door window. Floors are wood laminate. There is a small fridge in your space with some additional space in my fridge. I am the only roommate, living on the main floor with Romeo and Luna- my 12 year old cats. The main floor is 745 sf. Your unit is a little smaller with the furnace room and laundry carved out. Landlords pay utilities except internet which we share ($25/ea.) We are responsible for yard. Close to Sprouts, Natural Grocers, Walmart, Sam’s and King Soopers with GVR Costco a little further. Walking distance to trails at RMA Wildlife Reserve, and Dicks Sporting Goods Park. The 88 Bus is walkable.. on a dead end street with great neighbors who have been here 20+ years. I care for the stray and feral cats in the neighborhood. No additional pets please. I am older- in my sixties and relatively quiet. I am a gig worker, and usually gone afternoons and evenings. LGBTQ friendly, no drugs.Avail. May 1. Room still occupied so no pics yet.
