Hey folks so unfortunately my grandmother recently passed and my mother has to take over my grandmother apt to help take care of my uncle, and to also not lose the apt ( rent stability) which now leaves me with an open room and rent that needs to be paid 😬 LGBQ friendly as well cats are ok but no dogs a queen size bed fits perfectly in the room and still leaves you with some space for 2 dressers or 1 dresser and a makeup table. I’m big into splitting everything evenly so your rent portion (1045) covers your portion of the internet and utilities. Pictures will be posted very soon (most likely this Friday 5/15/26)
