3rd PIC room for RENT!

the whole house is ours, the room is yours 💟 3rd floor East Providence. Two cats already reside here! but if you’d like to bring one, we might have to discuss with the fur babies first.. in-unit laundry is available as well as a dishwasher. we would both have an indoor “porch” to further store if need be. other than that, it’s shared. the lease is 1 year long and it’s available now or beginning of May 2026
