Boring person seeks another boring, easy person to live with;) Full ad with video of me showing place: *Will only respond to people who have read the whole ad, and have included a brief bio about themselves and why my annoying quirks won’t bother them* - Available April 7, 2026, lease is until end of June 2026, with the option to renew for three months at a time - Affordable and central location! Very walkable. - Lower Mount Royal, a few blocks from 17th Ave - $900 max for all utilities (including internet). (Though if you have a car and want paid parking, it’s $30-70 extra). - First floor of apartment building on a busy street (sometimes noisy) - Laundry in the building ($4 for washer, $3 for dryer) - Balcony, bathtub, north facing living room and kitchen, west facing bedrooms About me: I’m 38, an online tutor and do comedy on the side (feel free to follow me:)) Now let’s get to the annoying stuff. If this stuff won’t bother you, you’re my person, hehe: I’m pretty introverted and annoyingly sensitive when it comes to bright lights at night (so I have dimmers) and loud music at night. I also can’t handle people getting drunk/partying in the house. Having a drink or two is fine. 420 friendly. Other annoying things about me: I’m in the small kitchen a lot and I cook [REDACTED] 11 and up around 7:30am. I will try to be as quiet as I can if I am in the kitchen early and you are sleeping. I like to clean up right after myself in the kitchen and like having a cleaning schedule for the rest of the house worked out with my roommate so we’re never guessing who should be doing what.
