This is a shared home with two other roommates, each occupying their own level of the house (3 level home) This room is located on the main level and includes access to a bathroom with a tub for private use. There is also a living room adjacent to the kitchen on this level, which will likely serve as your private living room space but is being marked as shared, as the other roommates each have their own separate living room setups both upstairs and in the basement.
