Hello, I am looking for a new place to move in. Ideally alone but I'm also open to share with people who are regulated! ☮️ I'm a creator in his mid twenties and consider myself a pretty light hearted guy who enjoys calm and also electric moments. My current budget is 600 and would want all utilities to be included in the price. I'd like the place to have a yard to enjoy the outdoors and also because I want to install my chest freezer for Polar bear ice plunges I do 🥶😅! I'd like it to be a quiet environment away from any boulevards or airway trajectories... I'm respectful, tidy and in my own rhythm. But if its a shared space, with kindred people, I'd obviously let myself loose and crack a few jokes and enjoy a good time! 😁 [REDACTED] and make the most of it!
