Davenport Roommate Wanted

My name is Bryant and I'm looking for roommate (preferably male) to get an apartment together in Davenport around May 1st. I already have a place in mind. It's a beautiful luxury apartment complex that has only been open for 3 months, so we would be the first ones to occupy this apartment. Based on extensive research I've done, this appears to be the best apartment complex in all of Davenport, and coincidentally happens to be the newest. The two bedroom apartments have 2 full bathrooms (so each person gets their own). There is a full-sized washer and dryer in every apartment. Each apartment has a screened balcony. The complex has a coffee lounge, a fitness center that is accessible 24/7, a beautiful saltwater pool with palm trees around it, a dog park, and walking trails. The complex also hosts community gatherings once or twice a month so that people in the complex can get to know each other. The base rent for a 2 bedroom is $1,995. With additional fees that the complex charges, each person would pay about $1,100 per month. *Must be able to pass the apartment complex's background check, and proof of income requirements. A little about me, I'm 50, although people say I seem about 10 - 15 years younger because I'm VERY young at heart. I'm straight. I'm a professional who works in the insurance industry. I work from home every day, and my work schedule is Mon - Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm. I'll be new to the area, but I would eventually like to be able to have some friends over, but mostly I would hang out with them outside of the apartment. I'm clean, I'm very responsible. I used to want to be stand-up comedian/actor in NYC so I can find a joke in anything, but can also hold deep convos, and be serious if I need to be. My best friend would tell you that I'm a very laid-back, fun, kind, considerate, loyal, helpful, generous, empathetic, and compassionate person.
