I have a room for rent. The rug is brand new. I do have a dresser and a nightstand I do not have a bed. I have a bed frame, but no bed. The security deposit is 200. That is for the rug you'll get that back if you do not mess up. The rug and the rent is 800A month. It does include Wi-Fi. You can park its off-street parking. I don't have a washer and dryer. You have use of the kitchen. I have a bathroom. It is shared between you and two other people.And that's about it
