Looking for a roommate to split an apt around downtown St. Pete or possibly could be convinced Tampa. I WFH so do prefer it quiet during the day for the most part. However being that I work from home I’ll do whatever to be outside as soon as I’m off the clock. I leave for business travel 1-2 times a month so you will have the place to yourself periodically.
