Looking for clean & friendly place

Seeking a standard room to move into in the North Jersey/NYC area. Must be free of mold and rabbit dander as I'm deathly allergic. Other than that, I love dogs and cats so those are not a problem for me, but rabbits sadly are:( I'm a thoughtful, kind, and generally clean person. If there is a mess, it's in my own room lol. I'm respectful of people's privacy and things, I expect the same in return. Would prefer a woman roommate but I also get along with men. I do like to host my friends so you must be okay with visitors. I like to play music, I listen to it everyday so a music appreciator is preferred.
