The rent is $400 per month, offered at a discounted rate in exchange for help with light household tasks and gardening. Examples may include vacuuming, laundry, dishes, lawn mowing, and similar support around the home. The rental includes:
-Private bedroom
-Full bathroom
-Full kitchen with dishwasher
-Washing machine and dryer
-Outdoor patio area with a grill
-Off-street parking The home is in a convenient Wheat Ridge location close to shopping, highways, parks, and outdoor recreation. The house is very close to two parks: Prospect Park and Fruitdale Park, which is a great perk for someone who enjoys walking, nature, and being outdoors. For someone who enjoys skiing, the main ski resorts are approximately 1 to 1.5 hours away, depending on traffic and weather. I have one small dog and two cats, so the right person should be comfortable living with animals. No additional pets, please. I am of Japanese ancestry and was born and raised in Denver.
