Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at Cortland Hollywood. The room is spacious and you’d have your own private bathroom. The apartment complex is super nice, well-maintained, and in a great location. You’d be living with my close friend Natalie — she’s clean, [REDACTED] utilities are usually around $100. The room can be fully furnished or unfurnished, depending on what you prefer. I’m flexible on move-in timing and would love to find someone as soon as possible.
