Seeking three clean, professional, and drug-free individuals to fill the available bedrooms. Available now or by April 1. Applicants must be employed and prepared to provide pay stubs; background checks will be conducted. All utilities are included, along with access to a pool and jacuzzi, and internet. Looking for clean, respectful roommates who will maintain a peaceful living environment. One parking spot is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with plenty of additional street parking nearby. A refrigerator in the garage is provided for extra food storage. Roommates are expected to keep common areas clean and well-maintained. Monthly rent is $1,300 with a $1,300 security deposit. Rent is due on the first of each month, and a $25 late fee will be charged for each day it is overdue. Rooms are available either furnished or unfurnished, with an additional charge for furnished options. One of the rooms is currently being used as a walk-in closet, but it will be restored to its original use as a bedroom. All rooms include built-in closets. No couples!
