Master Bedroom in nice area/complex

Master bedroom, with massive walk in closet and private bathroom. In home washer and dryer and an ease of access patio/balcony. On the second floor. I would pay the electric. I’m clean, laid back and always respectful. Male or Female tenants are ok. There’s 2 complex pools, a gym, game room and theatre. I do have a dog, he would be in my room most of the time but he is very friendly and loves attention. Any question you have feel free to reach out. Willing to negotiate on price as well.
