We're looking for a female roommate in her twenties or early thirties who is looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home. Our house is more than just a rental - we value a clean, safe, and friendly environment where everyone feels set up for success. About the Space: -Private Bedroom (~170 sq ft): Faces the front of the house and features a gorgeous reading nook that fills the space with natural light. The room includes a spacious walk in closet and can come furnished or unfurnished. -Shared Spaces: The living room, dining area, and kitchen are fully furnished and available for your use. Shared spaces are regularly cleaned by the owner, so say goodbye to vacuuming and mopping;) -Utilities Included: Rent covers electricity, water, gas, and high-speed internet for hassle-free living, with no surprise fees. -Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy a large backyard deck, picnic area, garden, firepit, and a peaceful creek perfect for relaxing or socializing. Our current roomies love hanging on the deck all year round, but it's especially beautiful during the spring and summer months. About the Household: -Owner Occupied: The home is well-maintained, repairs are handled promptly, and shared spaces are kept tidy. -Roommates: Currently occupied by three other girls - a couple in the master bedroom and another amazing roommate! -Shared Bathroom: The available room shares a bathroom with just one other person who is tidy and rarely home. -Pets: This is a cat-loving home with a friendly indoor cat that mostly stays in its owner's room. There are also many friendly neighborhood strays, but we've reached our cat limit! We value clean, dependable, and friendly roommates who are looking for a positive and supportive home environment.
