Seeking subletter downtown San Jose

I am moving at the end of the month and am looking for someone to take my room in my 2B2B in downtown San Jose ASAP that I’m currently renting with my coworker (24M). The lease is over at the end of July. All in all rent comes to $1,700 including monthly utilities, Wi-Fi, and building fees. The parking spot in the garage is an additional $165, but it’s an optional addition and cancelable at any time. Our living room is pretty spacious, you will have your own bathroom, and the bedroom is on the smaller side (12ft x 10ft) but the closet is pretty large (walk in). Gym, pool, and roof included for free. 5 minute walk to San Pedro Market and 20 minute walk to Japantown and Caltrain/SAP Center. We’re looking for someone who is ideally close in age and will pull their weight in keeping the common space tidy. My roommate says he’d also like to call/meet with whoever is interested.
