I need a place temporarily

Hello I am currently looking for a place temporarily while I’m in the process of buying a home. I am not looking to pay a lot considering it’s short term! My landlord is getting ready to sell the house that I am renting! I’m hoping I can receive some help. I am a single mom of 2 but I share custody of one child every 3 weeks in which I’m looking to get that changed! If you could please reach out that would be helpful
