Hello! My roommates and I are currently looking for someone to move into our current place with us starting July 1st (possibly sooner). It is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse, you would have your own room upstairs that shares a bathroom with my roommate (male, 23). My roommate and I have the rooms downstairs (23 male and 23 female). Rent is $540 per month plus utilities. We have a cat that is super people friendly but doesn’t not like other cats or dogs. If you are interested please reach out/ comment!
