Room with Private entrance

Large room with private bathroom and entrance. Large closet - can be furnished or unfurnished.
There is no access to the rest of the house so no kitchen but there is a fridge/freezer in room and microwave.
We are a working couple in our 50s - 1 cat and I work from home.
The pool and heated hot tub is for anyone to use.
There will be dedicated parking spot on drive.
Laundry in garage available as well
