The available rooms are the two upstairs bedrooms which share the units full bathroom including a tub and skylight (there is a half-bath in the basement).
Located in a really cute and quiet neighborhood, lots of greenery and beautiful walking paths as well as close by bus stops/ dog parks. One dedicated parking space is allotted to the unit but there is plenty of visitor/street parking. Available 05/01/26! Looking for 12mo lease term but negotiation is possible!
