I’m offering an unfurnished private room in my clean, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located in a peaceful neighborhood near Near Wildhawk Golf Course (7713 Vineyard Rd, Sacramento, CA 95829). This is a calm, comfortable home best suited for someone who values a quiet and respectful living environment. The home is shared with a mother and daughter. We have great energy and maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the home. We are very mindful of each other’s privacy and personal space, and we value a calm, drama free environment where everyone feels comfortable and respected. Rent & Terms:
• $900/month rent + $100 utilities ($1,000 total monthly)
• First and last month’s rent due at move-in
• $200 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee
