Its in the very nice suburb of Eastlake (Near mall, grocery stores, and bus stops). Has own parking in front of the house, along with access to community pools/Jacuzzi. Has 4 really laid back roommates (3 men 1 woman, LGBTQ Friendly) that work/keep to themselves, but aren't afraid to socialize. We split bills evenly among us, which totals between $100 - $180 per month depending on the time of year. Move In Fee = Refundable Security Deposit at $850 Looking for a 6 month + commitment
