Month to month, moving there in May

This will be the 3rd state I moved to in this way. Moving to Colorado Springs for work in early May and will need a place to stay until my wifes company builds a property on location (Time from months). I wouldnt be bringing any pets, people, or any crazy furniture with me. I keep to myself but if you like, I love to cook. very clean and quiet. My last roommate was a male nurse whom worked nights so if your schedule is crazy no worries you will barely notice a difference from before I move in. Very considerate and reliable. a roadway inspector so rent will always be paid on time.
