Quiet & Clean Room in bath

Enjoy this private bedroom in a newly renovated bathroom apartment. We truly love this home and are looking for a compatible roommate to share the space.

I am active-duty military and will be deploying for approximately months. During that time, my partner and our baby will occupy the primary bedroom. My partner is a nurse who works hour shifts, days per week, which means you’ll often have the apartment to yourself during the day.

Because there is a baby in the home, we’re looking for someone who is comfortable living in a family environment and is a good overall fit for a shared household. My partner typically leaves around 6AM to drop the baby off with the sitter and returns home around 9 PM.

We also have two dogs. They are outside during the day (6am to approximately 9PM) and sleep indoors at night. My partner handles letting them out in the morning and bringing them back in once home.

You’ll have full access to all common areas, including the kitchen, living room, deck (with BBQ), and shared spaces. The goal is for this to feel like a comfortable home, not a restrictive rental. The patio/deck space is one of my favorite perks of the house. Although pictures aren’t listed, it’s great for lounging or working out.

The bedroom for rent is $/month and includes a private bathroom with a shower and dual sinks. The apartment has been recently renovated, and we’ve had no issues during our time here. We’re simply looking for someone who can comfortably fit into a household with an adult in their early ’s and a small child. We want to ensure the arrangement works well for everyone involved.
