I’m looking to rent out my basement to a responsible roommate. Due to the fact that I have a daughter, I’m preferably seeking a female roommate. I’m a very clean and organized individual and am looking for someone who also picks up after themselves and is mindful about keeping shared areas tidy. I’m hoping to find a respectful, reliable person who treats the home with care.
