Hi, my name is Sandy I am looking for a roommate. I rent out 2 bedrooms on the east end of my house.
I am looking for a chill roommate to share my home with another. No drama, just laid back and who doesn't want to deal with apartment life! Great neighborhood in Old Town Scottsdale. I have rented my 2 rooms off and on for years and made many friends along the way. Nice neighbors here to. I have a Large bedroom available in my home with everything you need including an easy laid back environment. Basically Hayden & Thomas, Minutes from OldTown Scottsdale, Scottsdale Fashion Square, ASU and Tempe Marketplace, Sky Harbor Airport and Lots of great amenities nearby! The Scottsdale greenbelt is 5 minutes away, that runs from Tempe to north Scottsdale great for bikes and scooters. This is a nice safe and quiet neighborhood, no hustle and bustle of Hotels and Condos. I have a Large Kitchen, 2 refrigerators so renters get 1 to share and I have my own, lol. You can have your own cupboard too. I have gas stove for those of you who can Appreciate cooking with gas!! A TV in the Living-room and family-room also. There’s a BBQ, covered patio in the back yard.
The room is furnished with a Cal -King size bed, with hotel quality mattress protector as well as for the pillows. Blackout curtains. Dressers, a wall mounted TV, a dorm size fridge & a Desk, and Internet. and You get a parking spot in the driveway too. I will add updated photos tomorrow! I have rented rooms for several years to Traveling nurses, business professional’s, college students as well as my whole house 2 to Chicago Cubs ball players during spring training for 2 separate seasons, so I understand when you go on an assignment and know the importance of having a calm place. I do enjoy renting and meeting new people that travel here. Its always interesting to learn a little bit about your background, and what brought you here! Rent includes all utilities and internet and use of the kitchen things.
