Hi everyone, looking for somebody to take over my lease at lofts starting may ! My lease ends july , but you can renew for another leasing year if you want to stay! This is perfect for a summer student who doesn't want to move in/out twice. My roommates are very chill, there will only be two here in the summer. Rent is $, trash and utilities are included. Laundry is in the unit.
