This a great room for temporary placement!! The room is very spacious and has a closet inside. The room includes a queen size bed, a 5 drawer chest and a Mini fridge (Unfurnished if needed) The house has a lot of storage space if needed. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The house is very quiet as I work many hours a day. The area is very safe and close to many businesses. Near public transportation. We are surrounded by schools and universities. Lost off street parking. I live with my 18 year old son who works and will be a full time college student soon. I work long hours so we looking for someone that wants a nice clean place to rest. We do not smoke drink or party so we pretty keep to ourselves.
