Room hunting !

I am a y/o female in an exclusive relationship. I have two very well trained cats that will go anywhere | go. I am quiet, easygoing and self sufficient. I'm not an obnoxious person to live with, I keep my space clean and help with the everyday duties. I am a custodian so I work evening shifts, I do not have a night life so I will be out of the way!
Deal breakers- aggressive animals towards cats, messy living (days old food), loud music past 1am, alcoholism and continuous arguments/ anger with someone/something
