Hello, I live in a 2-bedroom apartment. I’m looking for a roommate to rent out the 2nd bedroom, which is furnished. The rent is $, including electricity and Wi-Fi/Internet. It’s a shared bathroom. Bonus features includes laundry on and a large parking lot. It can be unfurnished if you want to. I’m a non-smoker, so if you smoke it must be outside. Peaceful quiet neighborhood. I work full-time. Please clean up after yourself and be respectful. You must have a steady income. Available January 3r
