Looking for a room! Great renter!

I’ll cut to the chase! I am looking for a room/bathroom for myself, a years young strikingly handsome and charming male, and also my precious 5 year old “baby girl” half of the time. Maybe something months, or even longer. Full-time employed, terrific renters, just needing shelter, water, and a small space! Proximity and other factors, not all that important, relative to safety and being comfortable with who we are renting from. Excited to see what might be out there for us. Long story short, in taking care of some family law business in terms of some needs for Ava, not only the direct cost, but the toll of it was never too much on me as a father, but it was too much on my marriage and and us as a couple, even after being together for years, and married for . Did the best I could but my child’s father will always do what’s necessary for his one and only, even if it’s costly financially, and otherwise. Whoever ends up with Ava and myself as renters will hopefully appreciate us as much we appreciate them. We really aren’t home much, and always exploring outside, going to services at New Life North church, or hitting a playground! Feel free to deep dive or message me!
