Room for Rent – Bath House with QUEEN bed/mattress furnished room– Ideal for Student

Looking for a responsible roommate in a -bathroom home with on- laundry and plenty of street parking. Wifi and utilities are included in the rent. You would be renting out a choice of your room in the back of the house, and you'd have your own bathroom (unless more roommates were found). There are 3 rooms in the back of the house of different sizes, so the $ would be for the largest room (with backyard sliding door access) that has a built-in closet with mirrors.

A little about me: I’m a full-time nursing student, so I keep a fairly quiet lifestyle. I often study in my room, the dining area, or at cafes and libraries. I have one medium-sized dog who loves people but does not get along with other animals, so unfortunately, no additional pets.

What I’m looking for:
A clean, respectful roommate who tidies up after themselves, especially in shared spaces.

House Guidelines:
• No smoking on the property
• No illicit drug use
• No loud music or noisy instruments
• No couples
• Visitors allowed with a heads-up; overnight stays up to 5 days (extensions must be discussed)

Neighborhood background:
It's in Carmichael area that is very quiet and is close to the freeway entrance (less than mins), grocery stores ( mins), downtown Sac ( mins), ARC ( mins), SAC State ( mins), gyms ( mins, depending on what gym you use), and our neighbors are all very kind!

Lease Terms:

• Move-in total: $ (deposit + first month’s rent)
• Month-to-month or month lease available
• Contract provided; cosigner/guarantor required
