Bedroom available for rent in a four bedroom house in the Lakeside neighborhood (Duluth, MN). Looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease starting as soon as possible. Could move in as soon as you are approved and sign the lease, which runs through May . January rent is already paid for.

Rent is $ per month, plus utilities. Really large area for off street parking. Quiet safe neighborhood and only minute drive from UMD campus. Close to the lake with a lake view. Pets allowed for extra fee. In house (non coin operated) laundry. Currently have three male roommates. Bedroom is decent size and can fit a queen size bed and comes with two very large closets in hallway.

This house is a great place to live and in a quality part of town, you will love it!
