I’m looking to rent out a private loft with a full bathroom in Delmar. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood not too far from Bethlehem High School (if you happen to know the area). Looking for a young professional or student that doesn’t smoke, is courteous and easy to get along with. The loft comes fully furnished with a few dressers, an office desk and new TV (not pictured but I’m updating). Private full bathroom on same floor. Includes, electricity, heat, A/C, internet, washer/dryer and driveway parking. Great neighborhood close to parks and recreation while also minutes to Albany.

It's just me living here now with my cat Tiki (pictured) she is very sweet. And an occasional person staying over from time to time.
