BA townhouse, two rooms avail

(East Hollywood, Jan/Feb flex start) Just moved to a newly built townhouse (I’m the first person to live here!) and have two rooms with private baths to fill for $.
About me! M, I work remotely for a music non-profit as as a software engineer. I’m also a musician working on producing my first album and occasionally I dip into working as a fashion photographer. I just moved back to LA after three years in Berlin and in SF. I’m friendly, social, love to travel and link with new and old friends across the city.
I’m looking for roommates who are clean, respectful and kind. Ideally we could along and occasionally host or do something outside of the apartment. I’ve lived with many men, women, couples across different cities and I’m pretty adaptable to personality and lifestyle- so don’t hesitate to reach out!
Layout
Second floor: living room + half bath
First floor: one bedroom on its own level with a bath
Third floor: two bedrooms separated by a short hallway, each with en-suite bathrooms’
Rooms
First-floor bedroom – $: most private, largest walk-in closet
Third-floor bedroom – $: Lovely day and afternoon light and best view
Sound travels minimally between floors and rooms.
Included in the rent price is a monthly cleaner and two parking spots right by the front door.
The neighborhood is conveniently located, so far it’s felt peaceful and quiet and the neighbors in this community have been friendly and are also similarly new.
