2 rooms available newly built house

Looking for roommates in San Marcos for a newly built house with a garage just minutes from campus. I already have
one roommate but am looking for two more. There are two available rooms (they share a bathroom) and the house comes furnished aside from your personal bedroom and bathroom. There is an in-house laundry machine and all utilities are included in the rent. There will be an ESA cat in the house as well.
