Committed couple looking to supplement their income and provide affordable housing for female, senior Citizen. We are snowbirds, so you have the house to yourself, May thru September. Light yard work and light housekeeping required during that time. $ monthly, $ Security deposit. Must pass community background check $ non-refunded. Includes all utilities, wifi, TV, bed, closet, dressers, private bath. Laundry room, private hot-tub, 3 community pools workout room and seasonal activities. Across from the old Shell Factory in NFM.
We have 2 small well-behaved dogs so thats the Community limit, no other pets, sorry.
