Looking for a Roomate

I’m looking for a roommate who’s easygoing and responsible. I’m pretty outgoing, but I also take my job and the gym seriously, so I like a balanced, respectful living situation.

I have a very friendly dog who loves to snuggle, so you’d have to be okay with dogs (and probably enjoy some couch cuddles 🐶).

The room is a downstairs guest bedroom that is already furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and TV, but everything can be removed if you prefer your own furniture. You’d have driveway parking, and the place is right by the Fox River with boat launch access, which is a huge bonus.

Rent is $/month. I’m open to doing a 3-month to see how things go and then decide from there. I’m flexible on move-in timing and not in a rush, just looking for the right fit. I’d definitely like to meet up first and see how we click before committing. Preferably female to live with.
