I’m looking for a female roommate to move into my apartment located in downtown Hoboken.

Move in: March 1st
Rent: $/month + utilities
About the room: Private bathroom, spacious closet, in unit washer/drier
Located about minute walk to 2nd Street Light Rail station, minute from Willow/Washington street bus stop, about minute walk to path train. minutes to Shoprite and ACME. There are several gyms/ fitness studios, parks, and coffee shops nearby.
About me: I’ve lived in Hoboken for about 3 years now. I’m . I work as a neuro PT, so I reverse commute into NJ. I like to run, workout, check out new restaurants, and do little trips into NYC.
