Hi all! As I graduated from Cornell University last December, I'm looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease of a fully furnished b at Brooklane Apartments.

- Initial lease through Aug (official lease transfer, simple renew)

- $ / month (utilities not included), earlier takeover can have more discount

- Location: Right next to north campus dorms, 3-minute walk to Morrison Dining Hall

- Bus Routes right at the door, off-street parking.

- Concessions: Inherit my security deposit of $, meaning next tenant will get this refund at the end of the lease, barring some move-out deductions.

Furnished unit includes: standing desk, ergonomic office chair, a full bed, a brand-new queen bed currently in the living room, tables, shelves, and other common furniture. Unwanted furniture can be removed before I move out.

Access to campus is as good as dorms and the environment is quiet and clean. More photos available upon request. Happy to do virtual or in-person tours.
