Room for Rent in Lynnwood/Lake Stickney – Shared Home

A private room is available in a clean, owner-occupied home located in a quiet Lynnwood neighborhood. The room is spacious with natural light and includes access to shared living spaces (kitchen, living room, laundry, garden/back deck).

• Rent: $/month single occupancy or $/month double occupancy (utilities included - water, sewer, electricity, & Wi-Fi)
• Lease Length: Month-to-month for the first 2-months, then 6-months or a 1-year after that if you would prefer
• Security Deposit: $ minimum (depending on credit score, can be paid in smaller installments)
• Fees: TBD (we’re going to use Zillow to run a background and credit check, it’s roughly around $ per adult person)
• Room size: sq ft
• Furnished: Can be furnished with a single bed, mini fridge, portable heater, portable a/c that you can use, but if you don’t want it let us know
• Shared spaces: kitchen, laundry, living/dining area, backyard, back patio/deck, front porch
• Parking: driveway, off-street, or street
• Move-in: Flexible
but preferably the sooner the better

❓Ideal fit:

Looking for a respectful, clean, and considerate roommate who values a peaceful, family-friendly environment. The landlords have two attention seeking Pomeranian mixed dogs. I will be interviewing first any potential interests as I’m the one actively looking for the right fit for my landlords and myself.
