Room for rent at Sunset + Vine Apartments available Feb . I moved here in October . Just renewed lease this Jan more months. I’ve already decorated the community areas. Spacious room and walk in closet. Private bathroom. Pool, gym and other luxurious amenities on property. Looking for a considerate roommate who doesn’t leave dishes in the sink. Also no significant others spending the night every day, might as well get your own place together then. I have a couple over friendly Pomeranians. No additional pets please. Sorry. Rent is $ total but they tack on Minol/trash/sewage bill with rent. So it varies between $ each additional per month. Utilities are about $ each monthly. Internet nd, Socal Gas $th, and LADWP $ due on the nd every month. if you need a parking spot it will be $ more but you have to be added to the lease. However our garage is also a public garage, can pay daily rate or follow someone out when they leave lol. Deposit same as rent $ if not on lease. If approved and I agree for you to be on the lease, it could be as low as $. I’m not overcharging, it’s exactly half. I’m a fair person.
