Seeking one female roommate for a modern, safe three bedroom and two & half bath shared townhome in Playa del Rey. Room available now or around January First. Professional, responsible & quiet townhome.

Seeking 2nd roommate for at least three to twelve months. hundred refundable deposit and Two Hundred non-refundable cleaning fee upon moving out. Must provide proof of salary, simple background check and copy of credit report (Free Credit Karma ok). The sublease is month to month with -day notice by either party but prefer someone who would like to stay longer term.

Included: Central air/heat, balconies/patio, cable/wireless internet, dishwasher, gas fireplace. Washer/dryer in unit, Microwave, Pool, Spa/hot tub, small gym, some good, shared storage (large garage shed & locked bike cage).

Bedroom with mirrored closet. It is furnished with a new Ikea queen bed and mattress, and dresser. Decorate the room however you'd like.

Very clean bathroom with a shower/tub that would be SHARED with another roommate. Room has a big window with lots of light. One parking space available in the gated, underground garage for an extra fifty dollars. Negotiable. Street parking is plentiful.

I lead a pretty quiet and non-drama life with a cat who is very friendly and lovable.

I am kind, considerate, and treat people with respect. I am not a partier, but I do occasionally have friends, family, or guests over. Same for you, all welcome as long as they are respectful of the home. No long-term guests. I work part-time from home. I enjoy staying active and going to the gym, reading, traveling, etc. I'm seeking people who don't take life too seriously, have positive outlooks, enjoy socializing once in a while, pay on time, and are responsible and easy to get along with. Must like pets. No drama, loud parties, or drugs. OUTSIDE SMOKERS ONLY PLEASE.
