Hey! We’re looking for a roommate to fill a room in our Upper East Side apartment for $/month. The place has a private backyard, a really cozy, well-decorated living room, and a nice kitchen.

There are two of us, both -year-old guys,one works in finance, and the other works in the design/creative field. We keep the apartment clean, relaxed, and comfortable, and are hoping to find someone who’s easygoing and respectful of shared spaces.
