In need of roommate! I'd prefer non-smokers, no couples, clean (not a neatfreak, just someone who cleans after they cook or eat), not too noisy, responsible, and employed.
With this listing you're receive the master bedroom with your own bathroom and walk-in closet! This apartment is on the lower level of the complex, close to the office, and fitness center, and pool.
Only requirements are, I need one month's rent before you move in. You can bring a pet, you'll just need to pay the fees with that. If you have a pet that's medical or emotional support animal, bring the appropriate documentation and the leasing office will see about waiving the fees. There's no deposit and my current roommate will have all her things cleared out by the move-in date or sooner.
