Studio for Rent in Rosslyn ASAP

I am moving away to richmond and am looking for someone to cover my lease. I am looking for someone to take over the studio ASAP, with the latest being Feb 1st.

Unit: A spacious fully furnished studio
Rent: $ Everything included (electricity, water, wi-fi, laundry, gym, pool)
Location: South Rosslyn (River Place Apartments) - a 2 minute walk to the metro, quick access to I- and other major highways, parking spot available.

I am available for tours for the next week. Looking for someone to confirm ASAP, as I move to my new unit in January.
